Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats



  1. 1 cup of rolled oats

  2. 1 1/2 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

  3. 1 chopped banana

  4. 3 tbsp chia seeds

  5. 3 tbsp of VIS Protein & Fibre Hemp Powder

  6. 2 tbsp peanut butter


  1. Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and VIS Protein & Fibre Hemp Powder in a mason jar or other container.

  2. Add in almond milk (or other plant-based milk.

  3. Add peanut butter and chopped banana on top.

  4. Seal and put in the fridge over night.

  5. Enjoy!!!

    Note: Can stay in fridge for up to 5 days. Will get softer the longer you leave in fridge.
