Trail Mix Power Balls

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cup of rolled oats

  2. 4 tbsp of VIS Protein & Fibre Hemp Powder

  3. 1/3 cup of honey

  4. 2 tbsp rasions

  5. 3/4 cup of almond butter or peanut butter (natural)

  6. 1/4 tsp of salt

  7. 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  8. 1/2 cup of crushed nuts of your choice

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a baking bowl and mix evenly

  2. Add in all wet ingredients

  3. Mix all ingredients together using a large rubber spatula or wooden spoon for one minute.

  4. Use your hands to further mix the ingredients for two minutes. *The heat from your hands should make the mixture more liquidly.

  5. Shape small individual balls and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
