Lentil Burger

Ingredients (3 burgers)

  1. 1 1/2 cup of cooked lentils

  2. 6 tbsp of VIS Protein & Fibre Hemp Powder

  3. 1/4 cup of chopped onion

  4. 1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms

  5. 1 tbsp spoon of apple cider vinegar

  6. Salt

  7. Pepper

  8. 1 clove of garlic minced

  9. 1 tsp of paprika

  10. 2 tsp of oregano

  11. 4 tbsp of bread crumbs

    *Combine all with hands and grill, fry, or bake until crispy
